At Sud Express, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Register Your Return
Log in to your customer account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return request.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with their original tags attached back into the original packaging and include the printed return slip inside.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid return label provided in your account to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
